How it works

- You get a confirmation email, and I reach out to you by email or Discord as soon as possible.
- We talk through the details, deadline, and price. Then I let you know if I can take the commission.

USAGE RIGHTS
Once I have received full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client (no credit needed).
TIMELINE
- Initial discussion: you provide all relevant information relating to the lyrics you would like and any deadlines (if applicable), and I will agree whether I will take the commission or not.
- Lyric Confirmation: I provide you with one verse and chorus (1 revision).
- Final Lyrics: after confirming the remainder of the payment, I will send you the full lyrics.
OTHER
- I (StarlitTunes) reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.
- Any form of Generative AI using the lyrics is not accepted.
PAYMENTS
Payment is to be made in three installments unless otherwise agreed upon. The first 25% after the commission is accepted, the second 25% after the lyric sample is approved, and the final 50% prior to final full lyric delivery.
REVISIONS
One revision is allowed for the lyrics.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I will do my best to meet the agreed-upon deadline, assuming that the client responds in a reasonable time. Renegotiations of the timeline will need to be agreed on by both parties.
USE
The song can be used for personal or commercial purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I (StarlitTunes) transfer ownership upon receipt of full payment.
REFUNDS
Payment is non-refundable.
COMMUNICATION
I will send updates and communicate any issues with you.
