Wings of Fate AMV Challenge — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by StarlitTunes ("Sponsor"), operated by Ethan Wu, San Marino, CA, USA.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals aged 13 or older at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees, officers, and directors of StarlitTunes and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on July 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT ("Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

4. How to Enter

1. Download one or more StarlitTunes original songs from the StarlitTunes Shopify store (free, $0 option available). Eligible songs include Wings of Fate, Burden of the Crown, and any other StarlitTunes release.
2. Create an original AMV (Anime Music Video), music video, or other creative content using at least one StarlitTunes song as the primary audio.
3. Upload the completed video to YouTube or TikTok as a public or unlisted video.
4. Submit the video link, along with your name, email, and category selection, through the official submission form.

No purchase is necessary to enter. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Entry Categories

AMV (Best AMV / Runner-Up): Videos must use at least one StarlitTunes song as the primary audio. Visuals may include anime footage, game footage, original art, or any combination thereof. Entrants are solely responsible for any third-party copyright issues arising from their use of non-StarlitTunes visual materials. Sponsor assumes no liability for third-party copyright claims.

Creator's Choice: Non-AMV creative content including but not limited to: cover songs, fan art, lyric videos, remixes/mashups, reaction/analysis videos, and cosplay/skits. Must prominently feature StarlitTunes music or IP. Judged on creativity, effort, and relevance.

6. Content Requirements

• Videos must be between 15 seconds and 5 minutes in length.
• At least one StarlitTunes song must be the primary or prominent audio throughout the video.
• Videos must not contain explicit, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Videos must not infringe on any intellectual property rights of StarlitTunes (music and assets are provided under license for this Contest).
• Entrants must include "#WoFAMVChallenge" in the video title or description.

7. Judging

Category Prizes (Creator's Pick): Entries will be judged by the StarlitTunes team based on: Music Sync (30%), Creativity (25%), Editing Quality (25%), and Emotional Impact (20%). Judging decisions are final and binding. This is a skill-based contest; no element of chance is involved in category winner selection.

People's Choice (Bonus Prize): During the judging period, all eligible entries will be showcased via Instagram Stories polls. The entry receiving the most votes wins the People's Choice award. One vote per Instagram account. In the event of a tie, the Sponsor will select the winner based on the judging criteria above. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify votes it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, bot-generated, or otherwise inauthentic. The People's Choice winner may also win a category prize.

8. Prizes

• Best AMV — Grand Prize: $200 USD (PayPal or equivalent), 500 InkDrops, video featured on StarlitTunes YouTube channel. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200.
• AMV — Runner-Up: $100 USD (PayPal or equivalent), 300 InkDrops, social media feature. ARV: $100.
• Creator's Choice: 100 InkDrops, social media feature. ARV: $0 (digital reward).
• People's Choice: 50 InkDrops, social media shoutout. ARV: $0 (digital reward). This is a bonus award — the People's Choice winner may also receive a category prize.

Total ARV of all prizes: $300. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is available except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their submission within 7 days of the judging date. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to provide additional information (e.g., PayPal address for payment).

10. Content License & Rights

By entering, entrants grant StarlitTunes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display their entry for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, YouTube channel, and paid advertising. Entrants retain ownership of their original creative work. For entries featured on the StarlitTunes YouTube channel, proper creator credit will be provided.

10a. AI Training Prohibition

All assets provided by StarlitTunes for this Contest — including but not limited to music, artwork, animations, sheet music, stems, and instrumentals — are licensed exclusively for the purpose of creating Contest entries. Entrants and downloaders agree that they will not use any provided materials for: (a) training, fine-tuning, or evaluating any artificial intelligence or machine learning model; (b) inclusion in any dataset intended for AI/ML purposes; (c) any generative AI application. Violation of this provision constitutes a breach of the license and may result in disqualification and legal action.

11. Use of Entrant Information

Personal information collected through this Contest (name, email, video link) will be used solely for Contest administration, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and marketing communications (if opted in). StarlitTunes will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or for Contest administration.

12. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants release StarlitTunes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of their participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) technical failures, including server outages or connectivity issues; (c) any third-party copyright claims arising from entrants' use of third-party visual materials.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube (Google), TikTok (ByteDance), Shopify, or any other platform. Any questions or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to StarlitTunes, not to any platform.

14. FTC Disclosure

If you share your Contest entry on social media, you must include appropriate disclosure (e.g., #contest, #WoFAMVChallenge). If you win a prize and subsequently post about Wings of Fate or StarlitTunes, you must disclose the material connection (e.g., #ad or #sponsored).

15. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Contest shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

16. Modifications

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Contest at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded based on eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
